Job Description

Work with the factory and arrange vehicles for shipment
Work with the shipyard on bills of lading; track debit note from forwarder
Send instructions to H.O and follow H.O's instructions
Create Invoice, packing list, contract to send declaration opening service.
Coordinate with QA to make phyto send samples to customers
Work with Vinacontrol, SGS, and certificate issuers
Prepare a set of documents to make CO forms
Summarize fees from suppliers to report to accounting for payment.
Enter all costs and SAP
Make daily reports, save documents and other tasks as directed by superiors

Job Requirement

College degree or higher
At least 1 years of experience in a similar position.
Able to communicate in English.
Available for immediate employment
