• Act as the primary point of contact with clients, conducting thorough needs assessments and clarifying project scope.
• Develop and deliver detailed project proposals and quotations.
• Manage project lifecycle, providing ongoing support to the project team and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Build and lead a skilled team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timely renewal.
• Report regularly to the Operations Manager on project progress and achievements.

Location: Anna Building, Quang Trung Software Park, District 12.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:50 PM).

Job Requirement

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in BPO/service industry.
• Project management, team leadership, proficiency in MS Office
• Good English skills
