Job Description
- Be responsible for the meeting with customer, receive request then proceed reporting to customer.
- Be responsible for gathering and manage information from related parties for supporting above.
- Facilitate OPS (training) build and MP related MTG with customer, and manage the project as smoothly as possible.
- Make a relationship with Customer
- Make a relationship with internal parties
- Reporting to customer (in meeting, by email, by text message, etc.)
- Align with related parties for task (action item follow up) assignment.
- Gather information from related parties and understand the contents for reporting to customer.
- Coordinate reporting material based on above information.
- Share the information from customer to related parties in timely manner.
- Contact window of customer.
- Join the meeting with cross function team if any critical item occurrence.
- Quick adapt for other OPS job in short term or middle term
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering department or equivalent.
- 1-3 year's experience in Project coordination is preferable.
- English communication (Must listening & speaking) (above TOEIC 700 or equivalent)
Japanese communication (JLPT N3 equivalent) (Better)
- Good at MS Office
- Presentation skill, Negotiation skill
- Logical thinking skills, Problem solving skills
- Good reporting, Team working
- Collaboration and Teamwork, Highly responsible & reliable, Willing to learn
