Project Coordinator serving as the main point of contact for existing customers and are responsible to provide administrative support to the inspection teams in the preparation and execution of customer projects. The expect deliverables of this position mainly include, but are not limited, to the following expectations and responsibilities:
Expectations:
Timely and professional responses to client inquiries within 24 hours.
Professional support to auditors in the preparation and execution of testing projects.
Timely and accurate completion and maintenance of testing and client related documentation.
Timely and accurate entry of audit related information into relevant IT systems.
Timely and accurate completion of commercial order processing tasks.
Responsibilities:
· Fully support internal and external stakeholders with administrative efforts in the preparation and execution of assigned projects and clients.
· Monitor projects planning, preparation, implementing and approving status.
· Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and forward them to appropriate parties in the organization as required.
Complete project handling and commercial order processing for assigned clients.
Maintenance of client and project related information in respective systems.
Support assistant senior coordinators in the training of coordinator supports.
Job Requirement
Project Coordinator should be experienced in interacting with customers, be pro-active and motivated to provide professional support in a courteous manner to clients and team members alike.
Qualifications:
· At least 4 years work experience in a customer facing team environment working directly with external customers, including experience in handling customer complaints.
· Experienced in project planning & scheduling in a B2B setting desirable.
· Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
