Assist in Soliciting Tenders
Manage the Submittal Process
Administer construction contracts during the construction phase
Prepare payment certificates in conjunction with cost consultant.
Prepare change orders (variation orders)
Evaluating and recommending on Contract Changes and Claims
Recommendations regarding Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program
Recommendations regarding Project Safety Program
Transmit all design drawings, specifications and all other related documents to contractors
Construction Monitoring
Project Reporting
Procedures & Formats
Schedule Control Tools and Monitoring Tools
Assistance in the Cost Control and Management
Managing the handover of the completed Project
PM is responsible for identifying and mitigating tiny design “gaps” or “overlaps” between services provided by International Design Consultants and Local Design Consultants.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, civil engineering or above.
At least 7 years of experience in building, landscaping and construction management.
Comprehensive understanding of landscaping, architecture, green, sustainability and construction works
Understanding of principles of feasibilities study of a new town or other design units.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction laws and legal documents related to construction investment activities.
Strong planning, organizational, and management skills.
Good in English to work with foreign consultants is a mandatory requirement.
