R&D Supervisor - Formulation

Job Description

• Research & develop new products per request
• Generate laboratory samples
• Conduct sample documentation checking and tracking
• Set up specification, product test method
• Prepare and announce mixing process, BOM
• Train new manufacturing procedure to Operators and other departments
• Perform new raw material testing and assessment

Job Requirement

Bachelor/Engineering Graduate or above in Chemical major

At least 3-year experience at same position in FMCG companies. 

Experience in Homecare / Personal Care company is a plus

Good English speaking & computer literacy
