Oversee all recruitment activities across the nationwide network of the company, ensuring sufficient staffing for all departments, especially for positions in B2B Sales and Operations within the Logistics sector.
Develop recruitment strategies and establish effective talent pipelines to meet the company’s requirements for key and senior-level positions.
Manage and lead the recruitment teams across different branches, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and locations.
Identify and build new recruitment channels, optimizing current resources to ensure both quality and quantity of candidates.
Analyze and forecast staffing needs, ensuring timely and suitable recruitment plans are in place.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
Participate directly in important interview rounds to ensure the selection of top potential candidates.
Job Requirement
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for candidates with management experience in the Logistics industry or in similar roles within B2B Sales and Operations.
Proven experience in managing recruitment nationwide, with a deep understanding of labor markets across different regions.
Strong team management skills with the ability to train and develop recruitment teams.
Flexibility to travel frequently to various locations to oversee recruitment activities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Preferably experienced in using modern recruitment tools and software.
