Senior FP&A Manager

Job Description

- Looking-forward Planning & Analysis:

+ Participate in company strategic planning of the company

+ Coordinate with related functions to build and update company budget / latest forecasts

+ Frequently update actual vs. plan, understand root causes of variances, highlight and recommend corrective actions

+ Responsible for financial modeling, incorporate major assumptions, run various scenarios to assist business strategic and/operational decision making

- Acting as IFRS Change Lead, working closely with Finance Transformation team/ Controlling team to implement IFRS for Con Cung

- Assist CFO to prepare for BOD meetings, provide answers & required information to address BOD’s queries

- Carry out ad hoc investment analysis

- Control budget spending (either CapexOpex)

- Working capital analysis and optimization

- Join Finance leadership team, drive step changes in automation, capabilities building (both partnering and controlling).

- Any other Assignmentst asks given by CFO

Job Requirement

1. Experience & other requirements

- Degree qualified in Finance and Accounting area

- Big 4 audit background preferable

- Working experience in Retail is preferable

- ACCA, CPA license is preferable

 2. Competencies

- Strong analytical skills and attention to details

- Ability to structure and build consistent data, provide insightful analysis for better business decisions

- English proficiency in both writing and speaking
