Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update client data into our database systems.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies and correct them as necessary.
  • Assist with generating reports and summaries from the database as required.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data entries and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
