Key Accountabilities
Community expansion:
- Analyze the ratio of individual & corporate members, the ratio of renewal members year-by-year, the increase % of new members year-by-year
- Identify the needs of each member category (generations, industries, or areas)
- Suggest the strategy to retain existing members, to attract new members (both individuals & corporate)

Building strategic partnership with value-added stakeholders:
- Identify strategic partners that will bring short- & long-term values (financial or technical) for VNHR operations and VNHR members
- Acquire & nurture sustainable partnership with identifies strategic partners
Key Outcomes
Fund Raising can cover monthly/ yearly operating expenses
Operational efficiency (ex: saving routine cost)
Attracting valid & potential members via recognized speakers
Operational Efficiency:
- Build, execute and monitor annual budget and operating plan”
- Manage operations team to ensure effective daily transactions and activities
- Provide coaching/ mentoring to develop capabilities of team members
- Measure and control P&L, cash flow of VNHR

Members’ Satisfaction regarding membership, participation of VNHR programs/ activities
Employee turnover rate is optimized
Operating expenses, profit, cash flow met the annual targets

In collaboration with outsourced Marketing teams, build compelling VNHR stories and suggest marketing activities that promote VNHR via different channels to:
- Attract potential members, sponsors and technical partners
- Engage existing members (they stay, they say positively about VNHR, they actively contribute to VNHR programs
