Job Description :
· Efficiently process orders and ensure timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
· Process orders via email or phone on the SAP system.
· Follow up on customer requests through Zalo/WhatsApp.
· Pick items based on the Order Form.
· Monitor stock accuracy, ensuring physical stock aligns with the inventory system.
· Record all stock movements accurately.
· Place orders for stock transfers from HCM to Hanoi.
· Prepare the daily Cashbook, updating all cash-in/out transactions, and submit reports weekly to HCM.
· Maintain organized files of vouchers, invoices, and relevant correspondence.
· Develop daily sales reports.
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, inventory spaces, and workstations.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience; Customer Service experience is a plus.
· Proficiency in SAP software and Excel.
· Excellent organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
· Team player with a strong commitment to dedication and punctuality.
· Ability to meet strict deadlines and start work in the early morning (7:30/8:00 am).
