Report to: Brand Manager.
Location: 555 3/2 Street, 8 Ward, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30 - 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
I. Responsibilities:
1. Managing Production and Product Development Process:
Collaborate with the design team to execute fashion product designs according to the plan.
Monitor production progress at factories and FOB partners to ensure timely delivery.
Inspect product quality at each stage of production to meet company standards.
2. Working with Suppliers:
Search for and evaluate raw material and accessory suppliers that meet product requirements.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and manage the material budget.
Track order progress and inspect the quality of raw materials upon warehouse arrival.
3. Order Management:
Plan production and delivery schedules based on business requirements and market demand.
Closely monitor order status and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate and resolve any issues arising during production or transportation.
4. Contributing to Product Strategy Development:
Research market trends and propose product improvements to enhance competitiveness.
Track product sales performance and suggest appropriate reproduction or improvements.
5. Supporting Business and Marketing Activities:
Provide product information (pricing, design, delivery time) to relevant departments.
Assist in developing product introduction materials and sales support tools.
1. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile, Fashion, or related fields.
Minimum 4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
2. Skills:
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferably experienced in using production management software.
3. Language:
Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), especially for communication and working with international suppliers.
4. Personality & Attitude:
Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
Ability to work independently and collaborate well in a team.
