· Manage and take care of electrical & control and mechanical issues / services of the projects and customer aftersales services.

· Follow the assignment of the direct Leader and the Manager of AFB Vietnam Office.

· Travel to the customer’s site for the services and project follow-up according to the assignment of ANDRITZ F&B Vietnam.

· Perform and support customers on the installation & commissioning as well as aftermarket service, maintenance & repair of ANDRITZ machinery and spare parts.

· Make reports in English to Manager about the status/results of the business trip at the factory/site and work with the customer on the service of installation & commissioning as well as aftermarket service, maintenance, and repair of ANDRITZ machinery and spare parts.

· Other tasks to support colleagues assigned by the manager for the purpose of fulfilling the company’s task.

· Absolutely comply with the regulations/ instructions of ANDRITZ regarding ANDRITZ Way Core Behavior and Health & Safety Rules during working.

-   To be able to handle and follow-up with customers, projects & contract about services and technical issues.

-   To be able to read and understand inquiry, technical data, layout, and flow sheets.

-   To be able to check the drawings.

-   Knowledge about machines of feed and biomass manufacturing field.

-   To be able to make reports about the service visits.

-   University graduated on the in Mechanical engineering.

-   At least 2-year experiences in Industrial Machinery and Factory Services.
