Purpose: To develop and manage customers by ensuring cost, delivery,
technology and quality of the product is met.
Interactions:
- Interface between Company and Customers
- Interact with all other departments to support and meet customers’ requirement.
Functions:
1. Support/co-ordinate the following area for existing customers.
- Quotation,
- Before and after sales service.
- Provide customer service and program management.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey.
- Monitoring customer feedbacks
2. Provide RFQ service for existing and potential customers.
- Co-ordinate RFQ package.
- Prepare quotation.
- Follow up after quotation submitted.
Results/Output:
- Sales performance against the budget.
- Feedback through customer satisfaction survey.
Authority:
- Submission of Quotation to customers.
- To assign project members from various depts to perform project tasks
Recruitment requirements:
-Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Business Management
-1–3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in EMS
- Pre- and post-sales experience
- Good communication skill
Job requirements:
- Be trained IPC (IPC –A610), experience in doing quotation, project management
- Understand and know how to use Oracle System
