Record and reconcile transactions in revenue, expenses of investment activities
Monitor receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, and suppliers related to investment operations
Financial period closing:
Execute accounting period closing activities [for specific areas given by the line manager (s)]
Responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management reports for state agencies (Ministry of Finance, State Bank of Vietnam, Taxation, etc.), internal/external audits, and other ad hoc reports.
Provide accounting information for MBAL's management reports to the Performance Management Department & other Departments
Other tasks:
Support the development and maintenance of the MBAL’s internal control framework, process, and procedures manual.
Develop internal procedures and regulations.
Other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant and (co) line manager (s)
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Investment or related fields
At least 1-2 years of experience in investment accounting.
Priority: experience in life insurance industry or fund accounting in life insurance
