Senior Business Analyst (IT)

This position will work on Online/E-commerce Department (Speed L app)

• Identify user needs and use these to inform the strategic direction;
• Design workflow, write a specification and user story;
• Do wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagram;
• Write documents or materials to share the product’s update within the organization;
• Work closely with development teams to ship scalable and high impact solutions;
• Prioritize a feature roadmap, own backlogs, work with engineering and operations, execute the roadmap;
• Communicate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Store) and work with stakeholders/vendors to launch features/processes;
• Other tasks can be assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor‘s degree or relevant certificate in computer science/engineering or analytical discipline.
• 2+ years of product management or related experience
• Good communication, problem-solving, organizational and analytical skill
• Stakeholder management, documentation writing skill
• Full cycle product building experience in consumer products, especially in e-commerce industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to achieve organizational goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment, and to evolve product strategy based on user research and data-informed
