・Estimates (quantity selection, estimate creation)
・Budget management
・Contract negotiations with subcontractors
・Cost management for ongoing projects
・Settlement after completion
・Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Director

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 24 - 30 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English - Conversational Level (for internal communication)
・Experience: Have at least 3 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Interior, construction and furniture industry
・Other: CAD operation, drawing reading comprehension, Excel, cost management knowledge (interior materials, construction methods, etc.), negotiation skills
