- Work Location: Tan Binh District, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
QSHE management:
- Create QSHE procedures and standards;
- Establish and maintain quality processes compliant; quality control plan;
- Define quality and safety objectives and monitor KPIs;
- Develop, together with the pharma project team, pharma quality processes. Be the expert consultant for all pharma implementation projects, with regard to quality requirements;
QSHE Training:
- Conduct QSHE policy training for related employees;
- Implement, develop, and promote awareness and positive acceptance of the QSHE standards to ensure adherence throughout the organization to achieve customer satisfaction;
QSHE Audit:
- Plan a schedule and perform regular internal audits for in-charge scopes;
- Lead vendor evaluation exercise;
Operation excellence:
- Maintain and implement an active and effective Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) program;
- Control of non-conforming analysis, CAR (corrective action report);
- Change control creation, analysis, implementation, monitoring, completion, and verification;
- Conduct customer complaint analysis/ investigation, CAR;
Other tasks:
- Prepare periodic reports as required for the position;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality or Industrial Management.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- At least 05 years of experience in a position of QSHE with supervisory roles 
+ Strong knowledge of quality management systems and HSE.

<Preferred Skills>
- Preferably experience in logistics or pharma company are highly prefer
