<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan, propose, and sell new premix products to customers.
- Create marketing and proposal materials tailored to customer requests.
- Communicate customer product requests to the internal R&D team to create samples
- Manage progress and develop sales staff.
- Conducted market research and developed new customers, managed the team's customer base, and managed the group.
- Build personal relationships with customers.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Age: 28 ~ 35
・Gender: Male preferred
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: Japanese or English - Business Level (N2 level or higher)
・Experience: 
- Experience as a sales department manager in the Foods manufacturing industry (2+ years)
- Experience in research, sales, and management as a Leader
- Experience in creating documents such as contracts
・PC skills
- Have Good communication skills
- Can go on a business trip
- No car sicks

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have Japanese Skills
・Experience in the food manufacturing industry
・Exprerience in the premix, food processing companies
・Experience in launching new products and new factories
・Network of contacts with food manufacturing customers and trading companies
