116546 - Senior Process Engineer - CAD/CAE Solutions and Plant Engineering

- Work Location: District 1, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
- Execute process engineering which is, but is not limited to, process block flow diagram, process calculation like mass balance, line & equipment sizing, hydraulics, process equipment datasheet, process flow diagram, material selection, process & utility P&ID including control philosophy, HAZOP study, operation manual, while assisting of procurement and construction for WTP, WWTP & RGP
- Execute supervision of Commissioning
- Prepare the plant specification including RfQ to vendors suitable for site conditions according to the process selection and calculation of the equipment capacity, and so on
- Lead relevant engineering teams to proceed with the project work (Normally, the project team in WTP, WWTP & RGP consists of several groups such as process, layout, equipment, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and civil & building teams)
- Create the common requirements and documents for all the design team
- Communicate and negotiate with clients and vendors together with project members to proceed with the technical meeting, certifications, evaluations
- Include short-term business trips abroad, including to Japan

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, and Environment is preferred.
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: 
・Having around 2 years working experience as a Plant Engineer (Leader level or above) of WTP, WWTP & RGP
+ Experience in executing projects by ASME code and preferably EN norm

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Has the experience of the manager or supervising work for the commissioning work.
・Be familiar with process software such as ASPEN, COMOS, HTRI, and so on
