Responsibility

・Check the quantity, and unit rate, and Manage and update the cost database.

・Verify bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing & specification.

・Manage project schedules, and tender schedules.

・Manage cost, budget, and scope of work for the project.

・Prepare tender document of consultant package, and contractor package.

・Prepare tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract.

・Oversee contract administration, manage claims & certification and monitor payment of the contractor.

・Perform other related tasks assigned by the project Manager.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: 
- At least 7 years of experience in a QS role or relevant role.
- Experience in Construction for Residential, High-rise building, and Commercial projects.
- Strong QS knowledge and experience working with foreign companies.
・Basic Microsoft Office skills.
・Strong leadership abilities and team management skills.
