117882 - Deputy General Director (Finance & Operations) - Real Estate

- Working Location: District 01, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
Leading a team including Finance managers, the Chief Accountant, and the team, this position is responsible for the full spectrum of financial matters and will work closely with the General Director and the senior management team to deliver the business targets:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
2. Cash flow management
3. Treasury Management:
4. Team Management and Organizational Development
5. Stakeholders and Communication Management
6. Operations management:

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field;
・Language: English - Business Level 
・Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the real estate industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CFO, Financial Controller, Head of Finance), with a proven track record of managing real estate development projects or portfolios.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s real estate market, trends, legal framework, and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Personal Attributes: Visionary, decisive, adaptable, and results-driven, with a passion for the real estate industry and a commitment to uphold high ethical standards and integrity.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・MBA or advanced degree preferred.
・Experience working for a foreign company or Japanese company
・Working for an auditing company
・Experience in real estate development
