- Working location: Ba Dinh District, Hanoi
- Monthly Salary: 16,000,000～21,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Create 3D MEP models, Revit families, and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing …
- Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
- Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
- Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.
Requirements
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Background: Bachelor's Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, in which:
+ Proven experience working with BIM software and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API…)
+ Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk construction cloud (ACC), BIM collaborate pro
- Skills & Knowledge:
+ Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap
+ Having knowledge of the ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, and IFC exportation standard would be preferred.
+ Must have exceptional attention to detail.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
<Preferred Skill>
- Fluent knowledge of other languages, especially German, is welcome.
