<Key Responsibilities>
1. Sourcing Management
Handle sourcing requests and find appropriate suppliers
Evaluate pricing, warranty terms, and delivery feasibility
Negotiate commercial terms and conditions
Supervise and support sourcing staff, coordinate with Sales when clarifications are needed

2. Purchase Management
Oversee purchasing staff on PO issuance, pricing, and delivery schedule
Support issue resolution with suppliers (quality, lead time, etc.)
3. Logistics Management
Monitor delivery from suppliers to the warehouse and onward to customers
Support logistics staff in coordinating with related departments
4. Internal Operations Management
Supervise GA staff handling data entry and documentation
Work with the IT team to enhance systems for accounting and order processing
5. Customs Clearance
Supervise staff managing export processes for EPE customers
6. Handle all post-contract order processing and logistics
7. Conduct administrative work, surveys, and reporting
8. Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management
9. Develop and implement sourcing/purchasing strategies aligned with team goals
10. Lead and coach the operations team to improve performance
11. Collaborate with other internal departments (IT, GA) for process improvements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>

・Language: Business-level English or Japanese (either is acceptable for direct communication with Japanese management)

・Experience: 

• At least 5 years of purchasing experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team leader role  

• Having experience in MRO  (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) or related industrial fields

• Experience working for Japanese companies or with Japanese management

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

• Can join ASAP

<Preferable Skill / Experience>

・Having good language skills in both English and Japanese
