Responsibility
- Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organisational goals.
- Monitor and analyse budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
- Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.
- Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.
- Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Gender: any , male is preferable
- Age: 27 -40
- Foreign language: English at Business level 
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a production manager in companies producing electricity, electronics, mechanics...

- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines.
