125359 - Chief Accountant (CFO) - Retail

- Working location: District 03, HCMC

- Monthly Salary: 70,000,000～75,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities
・Monthly and yearly Accounting & Finance closing, report, and advice to the Management Board, HQ, and other government offices
・Supervise and check all transactions in the accounting process for the whole company by regulations
・Cash flow management 
・Assist in forecasts and preparation of fiscal budgets
・Liaise and negotiate with Banks, Tax Authorities, and other related Parties.
・Report to the Japanese General Manager (With an interpreter)
・Manage subordinates of the accounting department  

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance-related 
・Language: Japanese OR English, Intermediate level (use for the report line)
・ Having a Chief Accountant Certificate is necessary 
・Experience: 

• Have experience in the following tasks: "financial strategy", "fund management", and "executive support"
• Have around 10 years of Chief Accountant experience
• Have worked in Japanese or foreign companies of a scale that requires consolidated accounting.
• Have strong experience in consolidated accounting
• Well-known about taxes and transfer pricing, 
• Experience in financial reporting between parent company subsidiaries
• Have Financial reporting experience at the parent company/subsidiary 

Preferable Skill / Experience
・ Having a CFO certificate is a plus.
・ Knowing the retail industry
