125589 - [HCM] Architectural Design Engineer - Construction

RGF's Client - a Japanese construction company - is looking for an Architectural Design Engineer to prepare architectural drawings, coordinate multidisciplinary design activities, review construction drawings, and improve design quality and constructability for industrial building projects.

• Working Location: Saigon Ward, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 23M ~ 29M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and detailed shop drawings based on design concepts and client requirements.
• Prepare architectural layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for construction.
• Coordinate architectural design elements including floor plans, partitions, finishes, doors, windows, ceilings, and external works.
• Review and improve drawings to ensure design quality, constructability, and compliance with ・project requirements.
• Coordinate with structural and M&E teams to integrate architectural design requirements.
• Review shop drawings submitted by subcontractors and provide comments or adjustments when necessary.
• Support design coordination with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Conduct design checking to ensure drawings are practical, easy to understand, and aligned with company standards.

仕事内容

• 建築設計図をもとにした詳細図面（施工図・意匠詳細図）の作成
• 建築意匠に関する図面作成（平面図、立面図、断面図、詳細図など）
• 内外装仕上げ、間仕切り、ドア・窓、天井などの建築要素に関する設計検討
• 工場・倉庫等の建築案件における設計内容の調整
• 構造設計、設備（M&E）部門との設計連携
• 下請業者から提出される施工図の確認・修正指示
• クライアント・設計担当者・施工チームとの図面調整
• 建築基準や会社基準に沿った図面品質の確認
• 施工性・コスト・品質を考慮した設計改善提案

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
・Language: English: Business Level (For internal Use)
・Experience:

• More than 5 years of experience in architectural design, construction drawing preparation, or shop drawing development.
• Experience in industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, or commercial buildings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience preparing architectural drawings including layout plans, elevations, sections, and details.

• Good attention to detail.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Independent and responsible for assigned projects.

・語学：英語：ビジネスレベル
・経験：

• 建築設計、意匠設計、施工図作成の経験5年以上
• AutoCADを使用した建築図面作成経験
• 工場、倉庫、商業施設など大型建築案件の経験歓迎
• 平面図・立面図・断面図・詳細図の作成経験

・スキル：

• AutoCADの高い操作スキル
• 図面の細部まで確認できる注意力
• 複数部署と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
