<Job Responsibilities>
- Researching laws and assisting partners/senior associates in providing legal advice to clients, practical and commercial;
- Performing due diligence, providing first review and/or first draft of transaction agreements (SPA, SSA, SHA, Charter, etc.), financial agreements (loan, credit facility, etc.), and other necessary documents/agreements upon instruction by clients/senior associates;
- Advising, drafting, submitting, and following application documents for licensing works;
- Translating and proofreading documents;
- Liaising with relevant authorities for their opinion/clarification.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Education Background: University (LL.B) or higher level degree
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: 
+ Have 2-3 years Post-Qualified Experience with preference for relevant experience in M&A, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Finance, and general corporate law.
+ Experience in a law firm.
