<Job Responsibilities>
- Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients through various channels to introduce the company's products.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the company's chemical products and industry trends.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms with clients for profitable deals.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities and market trends.
- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Until 40
・Gender: Males Preferred
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English at the Intermediate level
・Experience:
- Experience in sales of feed ingredients, feed additives, and functional ingredients to feed manufacturers (about 5 years of experience preferred)
- Strong connections with feed manufacturers
・Mind set
- Can visit clients proactively
- A proactive, consultative sales mindset, capable of building relationships with clients and making value-added proposals, rather than acting as a simple order-taker.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience
- Having experience in "Additives" and "Functional Ingredients" for feed ingredient company.
- Having experience in Import and export
・Knowledge:
- Able to understand technical aspects and explain them clearly to clients.
