Responsibilit

- Wrapping up and analyzing purchase information

- Recognizing issues and developing improvement plans (cost reduction plans)

- Discussing improvement plans and policies with internal stakeholders

- Checking prices and generating quotes based on market rates

- Purchasing the goods and negotiating the price

- Delivering and acceptance inspection

- Preparing documents for payment processing, etc.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 27-40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English - Intermediate Level
・Experience:
- More than 4 years of experience in procurement in any industry
- Experience in strategic procurement (cost optimization, quality control, risk management, price negotiation, etc.)
・Good at Excel and Word

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese skill
・ Experience in water treatment and chemical products
・ Experience in sales or purchasing in engineering, subcontracting, or water treatment company
・Management experience
