Position: Senior Sales Executive (B2B Software Solutions) - IT
Job Code: 127602
- Working location: Đông Anh, Hà Nội
- Monthly Salary: 25,000,000~25,000,000VND
Responsibility
- Own and develop assigned B2B customer accounts in Hanoi & Northern Vietnam.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and FDI customers.
- Understand customer business challenges and propose suitable software and solution packages in coordination with Technical / AE teams.
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead → proposal → closing → handover.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast revenue, and report progress to Sales Manager.
- Build long-term customer relationships based on trust, professionalism, and mutual value.
Requirements
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: 30-45 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English at Business level
・Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (software, technology, industrial products, or solution sales).
- Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and high-value deals.
- Working-level English for meetings, emails, and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of commitment, ownership mindset, and long-term career orientation.
- Willingness to invest time and effort to deeply understand products, customers, and business.
:
- Experience with FDI customers, Japanese/Korean companies, or enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with consultative / solution-based selling.
- Stable career background, limited job hopping.
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, IT, or enterprise software is a strong advantage.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and genuine enthusiasm for building something meaningful, not just closing deals
