- Working location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City

- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～21,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities
- Project management
- Preparation of cost estimates and quotations
- Creation of MEP drawings (if possible)
- Application and submission for construction permits
- Progress and schedule control
- Management and coordination with subcontractors
- Business trips within the southern area (including provinces near Ho Chi Minh City)

Necessary Skill / Experience 
・Age: 27 - 35 years old
・Gender: Male only
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language:  for internal use *Language certification is not required.
- Japanese Intermediate Level 
or 
- English Intermediate Level.

・Experience: 
- More than 3 years of experience in construction management for restaurant, commercial facility, or office interior projects at Japanese companies or on Japanese-related projects.
- CAD skills are not mandatory; however, the ability to understand MEP drawings is essential.
- Ability to work night shifts (22:00–6:00) when required. (Night work is not constant but may occur depending on the project.)
