• Working location: Pacific Place, 83B Ly Thuong Kiet, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam/ Centec Tower, 72-74 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC, Vietnam
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Responsibility:

This position belongs to Team handle Japanese Speaking Jobs (Job requires local candidates who can speak Japanese)

• Contribute to the job-seeking candidates by providing them with a better chance to develop themselves, and giving advice to let them think more deeply about their careers.
• Search suitable Japanese-speaking candidates by using internal resources (internal data systems), LinkedIn, top candidate searching job sites, social networks (Zalo, Facebook...) 
• Maintain strong relationships among candidates by strategically controlling the action to keep contacting them by utilizing the database system.
• Deeply understand the candidates through interviews. Not only "knowing" them but "understanding" them by asking about several aspects of their job and career.
• Consult and advise the candidate on how to maximize the possibility of reaching success in their life by providing the job market trend and information.
• Provide suitable job order info for the candidates, and if you believe it would be a good opportunity for them, motivate and convince the candidate to apply.
• Share the full information of the candidates with the RAs (Recruiting Advisor team) and contribute with them to create opportunities for the candidates so that they get a chance to be interviewed. 
• Support the candidate during the whole recruitment process. 
• Cooperate with RAs so that both the Candidate side and the Client side will be satisfied in the job seeking/recruitment. 
• Not limited to only the above, but also implement any kind of activities to realize the purpose written at the top.

• Educational Background: College Degree or above
• Language: English - Intermediate  Level (for internal communication) 
• Working Experience: 
  • Having at least several months of experience working as a recruitment intern or researcher in the recruitment field in a recruitment agency;
  • Having experience in using LinkedIn or social networks (Zalo, Facebook..) to search for candidates
