Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following tasks in collaboration with managers and engineers.
1. Customer Communication:
- Listen to customer needs and propose optimal water treatment solutions.
- Building relationships with customers and gaining their trust is crucial.
2. Utilization of Technical Knowledge:
- Possess basic knowledge of water treatment technology and provide technical explanations to customers.
- Collaborate with engineers to support the resolution of specific technical issues.
3. Project Management:
- Manage the progress of projects and coordinate to ensure they proceed according to schedule.
- Respond quickly to any issues that arise and find solutions.
4. Market Research and Sales Strategy Planning:
- Research market trends and understand the movements of competitors.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Quotation and Contract Management:
- Create quotations for customers and support the conclusion of contracts.
- Follow-up after contract signing is also an important part of the job.
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Language: English: Intermediate level
- Experience:
- More than 3 years of experience in sales, sales engineering, or project management in the water treatment industry
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Have worked in a Japanese company in the water treatment industry.
・Have experience in membranes used in wastewater treatment facilities
・Project Management experience
・Japanese skill
