129770 - Senior Technical Support - Trading

- Working location: District 1, HCM, will move to District 2 (change to office with showroom)
- Monthly Salary: 18,000,000～20,000,000VND

Position Objective/Expectation
On-site work, including handling important cases and customer complaints, as well as internal customer support, training for agents, and technical support 

Job Responsibilities
- Support for on-site work, troubleshooting
- Training on connecting and operating our company's software and printer equipment
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Data aggregation and reporting (customer database, machine installation, operation, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Providing reports tailored to the situation
- Interpreting, training, and other instructional activities

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Business level in English (internal-External communication, Interpretation, Reporting)
• Having more than 3-4 years of experience in Technical support positions of Printing Machines. inkjet printing machines, Offset, Cutting Protta, or related printing equipment （Prefer Japanese or Chinese companies)
• Can go on a business trip (depends on the project)
• Having good knowledge of Technical 
•  Other Skills: PC Skills. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•  Can use design software（Illustrator, CorelDraw) - Basic knowledge or Experience or above

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Having Chinese speaking skills or Japanese Speaking skills
• Having good knowledge of Industrial Printing Equipment
