1. Building and maintaining contacts with dealers
• Supervise and train dealers to promote and sell B2B products
• Build good relationships with dealers to obtain market feedback and resolve issues with dealers
2. Strategic product focus
• Explore and identify dealers’ strengths and focus on strategic products
3. End user engagement
• Explore the existing end-user installed base.
• Identify market demand and trends
• Follow up sales leads via online lead generation (OLG) portal
4. Exhibitions and fairs
• Establish a good relationship with dealers.
• Enable direct end-user engagement
• Collaborate and work closely with the Product Management department, CS department, SCM department, and Presales department to accomplish the assigned sales target.
• Work closely with the Finance department for channel rebate payment
• . Establish a strategy plan to strengthen CW and SD channel partners to further penetrate the respective market segment.
• Creative solutions to recommend to dealers and end users on CW and SD products
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Printing Technology
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having Sales experience for label printers and having experience in Channel & End-user engagement
・Personal Character:
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Japanese is a plus.
