131076 - Raw Material Procurement Supervisor - Food

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the food manufacturing industry - is looking for a Raw Material Procurement Supervisor to oversee raw material procurement and warehouse operations, manage import/export documentation and logistics coordination, improve operational efficiency, and lead the procurement team.

• Working Location: Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities

• Manage raw material procurement contracts.
• Review import/export documents.
• Prepare delivery plans and schedules.
• Inspect raw material upon receipt.
• Oversee overall raw material warehouse management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and develop team members; monitor performance and provide timely feedback and support.
• Work with SCM colleagues to improve procurement and logistics coordination.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations; gather required information and arrange shipments/logistics accordingly.
• Standardize raw material warehouse processes and tasks.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: English - Business Level
• Have around 3 years of experience in raw material procurement and warehouse management within the food manufacturing industry.
• Experience in managing import/export processes and international logistics.
• Experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process standardization.

Preferred Skills

• Supervisory experience in coaching, developing team members, and monitoring performance.
