131098 - Sales Engineer - Machinery

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the machinery industry - is looking for a Sales Engineer to develop and maintain customer relationships, promote factory automation equipment, propose suitable automation solutions, and provide technical sales support.

• Working Location: District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 15M ~ 20M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Support and promote the activities of the sales team in the assigned area.
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets (quarterly/annual incentives based on achieved profits).
• Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations for factory automation equipment.
• Provide after-sales support and technical consultation to clients.
• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable automation solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.

業務内容

• 担当地域における営業チームの活動支援および推進
• 新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との関係維持
• 売上目標の達成（四半期・年間利益実績に応じたインセンティブあり）
• FA機器に関する技術営業プレゼンテーションおよびデモ実施
• 顧客へのアフターサポートおよび技術コンサルティング提供
• 顧客ニーズを分析し、最適な自動化ソリューションを提案
• 提案書、見積書、契約書の作成

• Age: Around 30
• Gender: Any
• Education: University/College graduate majoring in engineering or economics.
• Language: Good communication skills in Japanese (N2 level) or Business English.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a sales engineer in the automation equipment field. 

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Candidates with B2B sales experience are preferred.
• Experience in trading companies is recommended.
