131133 - Shoe Development / Production Transition Specialist - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the footwear manufacturing industry - is looking for a Shoe Development / Production Transition Specialist to support product development, resolve technical and material issues, and coordinate the transition from sample development to mass production.

• Working Location: Development office inside contract factories (HCMC, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc Province, etc.)
• Monthly Salary: 20M ~ 22M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Checking samples and material colors and resolving issues
• Analyzing the causes of development issues and proposing and implementing improvement measures
• Reviewing physical property test results for new materials and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinating technical matters between headquarters and the factory from the sample stage through to mass production
• Identifying and resolving issues prior to production transition meetings

*While this position does not involve design work, it requires the technical expertise to translate design intent into mass production. 

仕事内容
•    作製したサンプル、材料Colorのチェックと問題解決
•    開発課題に対する原因分析および改善方針の提案・推進
•    新規材料の物性試験結果のチェックと改善対応
•    サンプル段階～量産移行における本社と工場間の技術調整
•    生産移行会議までの問題点の抽出と解決
※本ポジションは設計業務ではありませんが、設計意図を理解した上で量産に落とし込める技術力が求められます。

・Language:
- Japanese Business Level (over N2 Level)
or  
- English Business Level (equivalent to TOEIC over 760 or IELTS 6.0~) 

・Experience: 

• Development experience at a shoe factory (approximately 3 years or more)
• Practical experience in any of the following areas: uppers, patterns, materials, or manufacturing methods
• Understanding of shoe construction and manufacturing processes (from prototyping to mass production)
• Practical experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving for defects
• Ability to communicate in either Japanese or English

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Development experience with global brands
• Experience in material evaluation and quality assessment

【必須条件】
・語学：
- 日本語ビジネスレベル（N2以上）
または
- 英語ビジネスレベル（TOEIC760点以上またはIELTS6.0以上相当）

・経験：

• シューズ工場での開発経験（3年以上目安）
• アッパー、パターン、素材、製法のいずれかにおける実務経験
• シューズ構造および製造工程（試作～量産まで）への理解
• 不具合に対する原因分析および問題解決の実務経験
• 日本語または英語でのコミュニケーション能力
