RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the apparel industry - is looking for a Production Planning Director to oversee production planning, capacity and inventory management, coordinate cross-functional operations, and improve production efficiency.

• Working Location: Phuoc Thoi Ward, Can Tho City
• Monthly Salary: 30M ~ 40M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans based on business needs.
• Control production progress, production capacity, and workforce resources.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and optimize inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Analyze production data and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Manage and develop the production planning team.

• Language: English - Business Level
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years or more of experience in production planning management, preferably in Garment field.
• Strong skills in planning, analysis, and coordination.
• Proficient in Excel/ERP.
• Leadership skills and ability to handle high pressure.
