131327 - Senior Accounting Staff - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - Japanese company - is looking for Senior Accounting Staff to strengthen the Finance & Accounting team by ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Working Location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai
• Monthly Salary: 19M ~ 22M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets
• Prepare quarterly forecasts
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis
• Monitor and manage cash flow
• Prepare financial reports
• Handle ERC renewal procedures
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and internal departments
• Support finance-related projects and improvements

• Language: English - Business Level (internal use) *Japanese is optional
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience

Skills: 

• Basic PC skills (Excel) for daily operations
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthiness, and teamwork.
• Available to work with a long-term perspective in the accounting
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Team-oriented mindset (not a self-contained role)
• Leadership potential

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Experience in budgeting and financial planning
• More than 3 years of finance experience in a foreign manufacturing company
• Team leader or supervisory experience
• Management accounting experience
