131350 - Purchasing Specialist - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the manufacturing industry - is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to plan and procure raw materials for production, develop and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and commercial terms, monitor material quality and delivery performance, and manage purchasing-related reports and supplier performance indicators.

• Working Location: Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province
• Monthly Salary: 15M ~ 20M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

1. Calculate the required quantities of raw materials and auxiliary materials for production and develop purchasing plans.
2. Source and develop new suppliers, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and select appropriate suppliers based on cost and quality.
3. Evaluate supplier performance and report the results to the department manager.
4. Manage supplier-related indicators in accordance with company regulations, including supplier capability, product quality, delivery performance, after-sales service, payment terms, and future potential.
5. Inspect the quality of raw materials and monitor delivery status and lead times.
6. Handle and report issues or non-conformities related to purchased materials and products.
7. Prepare and submit regular reports and other reports as required.

Necessary Skill / Experience
- Graduated from university.
- Language: English or Chinese - Intermediate Level 
- Experience: 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international purchasing.
• Proficient in office computing (MS Office).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Priority given to candidates currently living in Nhon Trach, Long Thanh.
• Preference for candidates who can use both English and Chinese.
• Preference for female candidates.
