131398 - GT Sales Manager - Foods

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the food industry - is looking for a GT Sales Manager to drive Traditional Trade sales growth in Southern Vietnam, develop new business opportunities, manage the sales team, and oversee trade promotion activities.

• Working Location: District 1, HCMC & Long An Factory
• Monthly Salary: Up to 65,000,000 VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Maximizing Sell-In and Sell-Out in the TT (Traditional Trade) channel, primarily the southern region.
• Planning, developing, and executing monthly sales promotions.
• Starting a business with new customers.
• Supervising and managing sales supervisors and sales representatives in provinces.
• Managing sales budget and performance.
• Analyzing channel and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners.
• Coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams to align trade promotion plans.
• Preparing and presenting regular sales reports.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Language: English - Business level 
- Experience: 

• At least 2 years' experience as a TT sales manager covering the South region, including HCMC, in a Food/Confectionery manufacturing company.
• Relevant TT sales experience within the Food/Beverage/Confectionery industries.
• Leadership experience, including managing team size, people management, and performance management responsibilities.
