RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the food industry - is looking for a Menu Development Staff to apply skills in menu planning, food research, and product development. Eager to contribute to creating innovative, high-quality menu items that meet customer needs and support business objectives.

• Working Location: Cau Ong Lanh Ward, HCMC 
• Monthly Salary: 15M ~ 20M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Research culinary trends and new ingredients.
• Research and develop new dishes according to company guidelines.
• Create recipe documents, images, and operational instructions for customers.
• Collaborate with the sales department to conduct food and product presentations.
• Assist in organizing company events and programs.

- Language: English - Intermediate Level
- Education Background: College degree or higher in Food Processing, Food Technology, Culinary Management, or a related field
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Western-style kitchens. 
- Others:

• Knowledge of Western, Asian, and pastry cuisines; knowledge of food sanitation.
• Passion for cuisine and creativity in dish development.
• Research, analysis, and trend-following ability.
• Teamwork skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
