RGF's Client - Japanese Company - is looking for a Japanese Speaking - Sales Executive/ Assistant Manager to achieve sales and business development objectives by managing customer accounts, expanding market opportunities, and supporting the implementation of sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Working Location: Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC.
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable
Staff level:
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth
- Identify new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and expand market coverage
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily sales activities, including client visits and follow-ups
- Support customers and suppliers in manufacturing-related processes to ensure smooth project execution
- Source, evaluate, and develop new suppliers in alignment with business needs
- Prepare and calculate quotations for customers
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure efficient order processing and on-time delivery
- Handle customer complaints by analyzing root causes, proposing corrective actions, and reporting to management
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support new projects and business initiatives
- Monitor sales performance, provide guidance to team members (if applicable), and report regularly to management
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Assistant Manager level:
1. Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Sales and Customer Service (CS) teams.
- Allocate tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure effective coordination within the team.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
2. Sales Performance & KPI Management
- Set, monitor, and evaluate team KPIs and sales targets.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds assigned revenue and performance goals.
- Analyze sales performance and implement improvement strategies when needed.
3. Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, team activities, and market insights.
- Report directly to the General Director on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
4. Operational Compliance
- Ensure all team members comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain discipline and professional working standards within the team.
5. Implementation of Company Management Objectives
- Deploy and implement company management goals and strategic initiatives within the team.
- Align departmental activities with the company’s overall business strategy.
