RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the plastics industry - is looking for a Sales Staff to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, conduct market research, and drive sales growth for the company's products and services.

• Working Location: Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 23M ~ 32M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities for assigned segments, including market surveys and identification of customer needs and sales strategies.
• Build, maintain, and develop customer systems.
• Propose and introduce/consult on the company's products and services to customers.
• Participate in networking events, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and customer visits for sales prospecting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Language Skills: English Business Level 
• At least 4-5 years of experience working as a B2B Sales Staff in the plastics resins field, chemical industry, or a related field is required.
• Ability to think strategically and strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team player mindset, effective influencer, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• Able to work in a diverse, multicultural team setting and to undertake domestic and overseas business trips.

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Korean language proficiency is preferable.
• Japanese language proficiency is preferable.
