131667 - M&E Engineer - Construction

RGF's Client - a Japanese construction company - is looking for an M&E Engineer to manage M&E design, site execution, technical coordination, and compliance for industrial projects, including factories, clean rooms, and sustainable buildings.

• Working Location: Ben Thanh Ward, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable (High salary) 

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute M&E works at the project site, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review design documents, bidding documents, and technical submissions.
• Ensure all M&E designs align with Vietnam Regulations (QCVN), Vietnam Standards, and NFPA (especially Fire Fighting).
• Participate in the design and coordination of industrial projects such as factories, clean rooms, and projects applying LEED or sustainable development criteria.
• Manage design detailing, coordinate with project teams, and support technical problem-solving.
• Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and office software for design, reporting, and documentation.

- Education: College or above, major in Mechanical Engineering
- Language: English - Business Level (English proficiency is an obligation to speak and write fluently)
- Experience: 

• Experienced in M&E work at the site
• Experienced in the provision of Documents of Design, Bidding, Vietnam Regulation (QCVN), Vietnam Standard, and American Standard NFPA. Especially for Fire Fighting 
• Experience in the design of Industrial Projects, especially in factories and Clean rooms, LEED, Sustainable Development, etc.
• M&E license with Grade I / II would be an advantage.

- Skills: 

• Ability to work independently as well as in teamwork; 
• Good design and detailing design Management with capabilities;     
• Knowledge of B.I.M coordinator would be an advantage.    
• A Tender Preparation Document would be an advantage.
