132257 - Design Assistant Manager - Real Estate

RGF's Client - a Japanese Real Estate company  - is looking for a Design Assistant Manager to support design planning, coordinate project activities, and ensure design quality and timely project execution.

• Working Location: Sai Gon Ward, HCM City
• Monthly Salary: 35M ~ 40M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Design Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination (take meeting minutes, translation etc. from Vietnamese to English), documentation or any tasks on request.
• Manage project trackers and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Handle routine administrative tasks, such as email management, file organization, document translation etc.
• Assist in architectural research and data gathering for feasibility studies and strategic initiatives.
• Support the development of IT and engineering teams.
• Take on increasing responsibility for project management and coordination over time.
• Participate in concept design, architectural design, basic design, technical, and construction design stage to review and improve the project design.
• Giving ideas with joint venture partners in order to create things that can attract customers, such as iconic design, attractive amenities, nice landscape and Interior design.
• Other relevant tasks on request

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education Background: University graduate, Degree in Architecture
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: 
• At least 5 years of experience in architecture, construction, real estate, or related fields
• Knowledge and experience in designing architecture for condominium or detached house projects
• Knowledge of Architectural laws, urban planning laws, fire laws, etc., as an architect should have

Other Required Skills

• PC skills (Revit, CAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop)
• Hand sketching skill 
• Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, and willing to learn new areas
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to complete a design as a team rather than as an individual
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
