132333 - Procurement Supervisor - Manufacturing

RGF's Client - a Japanese company manufacturing and supplying forklift trucks - is looking for Procurement Supervisor to manage and optimize the sourcing and procurement process for forklift truck components, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality supply while developing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

• Working Location: Thien Loc Commune, Ha Noi City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable
• Job Responsibilities:
• Search, evaluate, and propose potential suppliers; develop and expand qualified sources of supply.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and track delivery status.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate price, terms and conditions, required quality levels, and on-time delivery schedules.
• Generate and implement cost reduction ideas and actions.
• Resolve issues and troubles that arise during operations.
• Prepare payment documents.
• Analyze supply chain data for optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, quality) on specifications and requirements.
• Manage supplier contracts and performance evaluation metrics.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Education background: Bachelor's degree.
• Language skills: English - Business Level
• Experience: More than 3 years of working experience in purchasing within a manufacturing company.
• Can read and understand technical drawings.
• Negotiation skills, data analysis skills, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, passionate, and determined to achieve goals.
• Ready for domestic or overseas business trips.

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• University graduate from specific institutions: Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Hanoi University of Commerce, Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST).
• Familiarity with production systems such as ERP, SAP, or IFS is preferred.
