Mô tả Công việc

RGF's Client - Japanese company in the services industry - is looking for an Accounting cum HR & Admin Staff to handle accounting operations (including tax reporting, financial reporting, and compliance) while managing HR and administrative functions such as payroll, social insurance, labor contracts, onboarding, and general office administration.

  • Working Location: Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City
  • Monthly Salary: 23M ~ 28M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

■ ACCOUNTING:

  • Supporting accounting tasks (Internal accounting, tax accounting)
  • Tax reports: VAT, PIT, FCT, CIT
  • Quarterly Report to Japan
  • Arrange and store paper documents scientifically
  • Instruct other departments to follow the rules of Accounting
  • Check and preview the Financial Report monthly
  • Directly work with Tax Authorities and Auditors when required
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager

■ HR and ADMIN:

  • Prepare the Labor Contract of Employees
  • Declare Social Insurance
  • Salary calculation
  • Report employee leave records
  • Drafting a job description (if any)
  • Support in preparing Labor Regulations
  • Reviewing contracts and renewal terms
  • Preparing onboarding documents
  • Booking and managing stationery
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager

■ 経理(Accounting)

  • 経理業務全般のサポート(社内経理・税務会計)
  • 各種税務申告(VAT、PIT、FCT、CIT)
  • 日本本社向け四半期レポートの作成・提出
  • 会計関連書類の整理・保管
  • 他部署への経理ルール・運用の指導
  • 月次財務諸表の確認・レビュー
  • 必要に応じて税務当局および監査法人との対応
  • その他、マネージャーから指示された業務

■ 人事・総務(HR & Admin)

  • 従業員の雇用契約書の作成
  • 社会保険手続き
  • 給与計算
  • 従業員の休暇管理・レポート作成
  • 職務記述書(Job Description)の作成(必要に応じて)
  • 就業規則の作成・整備サポート
  • 契約書の内容確認および更新管理
  • 入社手続き(オンボーディング)書類の準備
  • 備品・文房具の発注および在庫管理
  • その他、マネージャーから指示された業務

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Necessary Skill / Experience
- Education: Bachelor's or higher
- Language: 

  • English: Business Level 

   Or

  • Japanese: Business level (N2)

- Certificate: Chief Accounting Certificate 
- Experience: At least 3 years of accounting experience in one company.
- Must be able to follow instructions and communicate well with other co-workers

Preferable Skill/ Experience

  • Having experience working at a Japanese Company.
  • Having experience in whole back office tasks
